Hi Helen, 

I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere appreciation for Jacky and the incredible support she has provided me since the summer. Jacky's proactive, thoughtful approach makes a significant difference to my work, particularly with the Early Help Module, which she always offers to assist with, It doesn't take much for me to be confused with the EHM database and I am often asking questions but It is never too much trouble for Jacky! 

Her ability to link in seamlessly, her intuitive understanding of when support is needed, and her genuine kindness make her an invaluable asset. Even when simply passing in the area, Jacky will drop in to check if I need help, and her presence always brings clarity and reassurance.  

I felt it was important to formally acknowledge the positive impact Jacky has, and I hope this will be helpful in recognising her contributions.
